Melanie Dwyer set up Affordable Housing Consultancy (AHC) in 2009 and is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer who has both the practical experience of working on the delivery of affordable housing in a client capacity as well as the professional experience of providing consultancy services.
Colin Green is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with many years of experience in all aspects of property valuation, management and development. Colin worked in local government with an emphasis on regeneration and development before joining AHC.
Lisa Murray is a Chartered Building Surveyor with many years of experience working in both private and public sector fields, across multi-property types. Lisa has proven success in managing refurbishment and regeneration projects as well as surveying.
